The personal story

Just like so many women I have struggled with my body and weight throughout the years. I became a trainer because I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed with your health. Morbidly obese, unable to keep up with my kids and tired of trying fad diets that weren't sustainable and left me still hungry or feeling guilty.

I have been an educator since 2007 after finding my own success through being a Beachbody Coach on my own health and fitness journey and losing 125lbs, I found my calling for supporting others. I decided I wanted to be the one to personally be there helping someone else alongside them in their journey. Whether it's getting stronger, having more energy or losing weight. It's doesn't matter I want to be there every step of the way.

I strive to inspire and motivate women and children to make their health and fitness fun! To push past negative experiences and beliefs by turning health and fitness into a priority so they can live their best life for the long haul guilt free.
