Never a dull moment and never the same workout. I believe in making fitness fun and above all else I care about your safety, motivation and goals. I use many methods to help you stay on track. Having been a teacher for over 14 years is a huge benefit to bring to being a personal trainer!

 

I will teach you how to lift safely, workout properly, effectively and how to make it fun.
